I understand firsthand how demanding the life of a helping professional can be—and how rewarding, too. Years of supporting other therapists as well as crisis work alongside first responders have shown me how deeply this work can shape you, and how important it is to have a space that’s just for you. That’s what I offer: a calm, supportive environment where your time is valued, your story matters, and you can finally take a deep breath.
