Death is a part of life. Many businesses will experience the loss of a beloved colleague or a valued customer. Furthermore, as members of a broader community, organizations are susceptible to the impacts of crime or community trauma. These sentinel events can be de-stabilizing to our work environments and create feelings of uneasiness around, “returning to business as usual.” I am here to support your team in arriving at a sense of safety and closure.

01 connect

Our work together will begin with a 1 hour meeting with your leadership team to deepen my understanding of the nature of the critical incident, it’s impact on your team as well as the culture of your organization. Together, we will create a plan for healing that is customized to the unique needs of your team.

02 collaborate

The next step is a 1 hour healing circle with your team. Employees will be provided space to share in a supportive, safe environment on their thoughts and feelings surrounding the sentinel event. I will guide staff through education on trauma and the stress response in an effort to normalize their experience. Additionally, I will teach your team 3 wellness skills to navigate this crisis as well as review resources available to them through the organization and within the community. All participants will be provided with a healing workbook.

03 rebuild

Following the healing circle, I be available for 1 hour of office hours to meet with your staff individually for confidential support and assistance in linking to resources.
